We’re working on CARDIO ENDURANCE and full body STRENGTH today with this awesome INDOOR WALKING workout that incorporates DUMBBELL weight training moves.  You’ll sculpt your arms, shoulders, legs and butt while bringing up your heart rate in this short but sweaty home workout.  You’ll need a set of LIGHT dumbbells for this BEGINNER-FRIENDLY exercise video, which includes just a handful of full-body complex strength moves performed at moderate volume while walking.  Improve your balance and coordination, boost your metabolism, and build your strength and cardio endurance in one quick and FUN workout!   WARM UP: Walking briskly with approximately 20x Arm Circles, Arm Crossers, and Double Knees  MAIN WORKOUT: While walking briskly, perform 20x of each dumbbell exercise with walking for about one minute between exercises. Forward Punches Curtsy Lunge with Fly Box Step with Press Up Box Step with Squats  FINISHER: Left Leg Single Leg Deadlift Hold with 20x Rows Right Leg Single Leg Deadlift Hold with 20x Flys  Thanks for working out with me!
